A Report of the Jury’s Findings
This report presents a comprehensive account of the conclusions reached by the members of the jury at the People’s Tribunal on Aadhaar-related Issues, held in New Delhi on February 29 and March 1, 2020. The rationale and supporting evidence for the jury’s conclusions, along with dissent notes where necessary, are also included in this report. For convenient reading, a summary of the testimonies presented at the Tribunal is annexed to this report, along with a link to the Tribunal Evidence Book.
