The PEN International’s (Sept 2018) report on freedom of expression in India, calls on the Indian authorities to protect writers, journalists and others

Recommendations on page 24 of the report India: Pursuing truth in the face of intolerance are addressed to the Indian Government, to lawmakers, to the judiciary and to the literary community to protect shrinking spaces for freedom of expression.
